Who is Bruce Leach?
Bruce graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Real Estate. After graduation, his employment opportunities took him down a different path of selling software. After several years of doing this, he decided it was time to return to his true passion, residential real estate. He has been in residential real estate for the last three years and is excited to be with Roger Fazendin REALTORS®.
The assets he brings to this process are his brutal honesty, his availability and his service. Residential real estate is not about selling – it’s about service. Service to Bruce is listening to people and helping to meet their needs. He will do everything possible to make sure the job gets done correctly. Bruce has handled several transactions for clients and has done several for himself and his family. He understands the processes involved and will see them through to completion.
Bruce has been married to his wife, Angie for 20 years (Aug 2010) and they have three children. He was born and raised in Excelsior – so he definitely knows the area! In fact, his children are third generation Minnewashta Elementary students – his father attended, Bruce attended and his children attended. His family is active at Westwood Community Church. In his free time, he enjoys anything with water; skiing, swimming, boating and fishing. He also coaches soccer and baseball and does enjoy a round of golf when he finds the time. He is also the Cubmaster for his son’s Cub Scout Pack in Excelsior….go Pack 429!!!!! .
